Case Manager

The case manger is your primary point of contact, like the service coordinator in early intervention. Contact your child's case manager with any questions about; their IEP, their progress, and anything regarding meetings such as scheduling issues or meeting requests.

Find your child's case manager's contact information on their school's website.

Principals

Principals and assistant principals are in charge of their school and all professionals working there. Contact your principal with concerns about school personnel (although its always good to contact the individual first), the school environment, confidentiality, or requests for observations.

Look on your school's website to find contact information for your school principal/vice principal
